A new 15,000 sq ft warehouse and office building at Peterseat Park, Altens, has gone on the market.
The speculative build consists of an 8138 sq ft warehouse, 6723 sq ft office accommodation and a large yard area extending to 4071 sq yds.
The developers, Forbes Homes, will consider renting or a sale and expect offers in the region of £230,000 per annum or a sale price of £2.75 million.
Developed over a 10 year period, there is only 20 acres of the original 55 acres at Peterseat remaining for development and it is expected the park will be completed in about five years.
Other companies which have located to the Altens site include MacLean Electrical Group, Wartsila UK, Viking Moorings, Tendeka, Draka Cables and Rowan Drilling.
The property is being marketed by commercial property experts, FG Burnett. Director Graeme Watt said: “The modern, hi-spec warehouse and offices continues the trend of speculative building at Peterseat and underlines the popularity of this strategic location. Unusually 14a Peterseat Park enjoys a large area of outside storage which is sometimes lacking in other buildings currently on the market.”
